ABOUT FELICIA STANLEY, LMHC
Felicia practices from a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and evidence-based clinical framework. She understands that trauma impacts both the mind and body, shaping emotional responses, behaviors, and a person’s sense of safety. Therapy is therefore focused not only on insight, but also on regulation, skill-building, and sustainable change.
Clinical work may include approaches such as EMDR, mindfulness-based interventions, cognitive and behavioral strategies, grounding and breathing techniques, journaling, and other research-supported methods — all used intentionally and ethically within the scope of licensed mental health care.
Felicia values genuineness and authenticity in the therapeutic relationship. She approaches therapy collaboratively, teaching practical tools she understands deeply and applies consistently, while ensuring care remains clinically sound, ethical, and aligned with each client’s goals.
Her goal is to help clients experience a better quality of life — one not dominated by chronic stress, anxiety, or emotional pain. Through consistent work together, clients often develop new ways of thinking and responding, find relief from silent suffering, and build lives that feel more stable, meaningful, and worth living.
Felicia’s role is not to fix you, but to guide and support you as you access your own capacity for healing, resilience, and growth.
