In the circle, we will also seek to heal the challenges that impede the mother and child relationship. The circles acknowledge that each individual mother is the expert of her experiences and seeks to honor, and respect each mother’s innate wisdom on this guided journey.

What You Can Expect When You Attend This Healing Circle
Centering
All circles will begin with a guided meditation, visualization, and grounding exercises to lovingly connect you to the present space and moment.
Listening
Each participant will be expected to respectfully and compassionately listen from the heart to other participants while they share their stories and experiences.
Sharing
Each participant, at their level of comfort, guided by Felicia will get the opportunity to share their stories and experiences of motherhood.
Closing
We will focus on gratitude of the experience that was shared. Each circle is unique and there will be other fun, exciting and healing activities.

What's Inside The Heart of The Mother Healing Circle

Non-Religious-Based Spirituality
This healing circle is not religious-based. The healing circle is rooted in spirituality allowing people of all faiths, backgrounds, and beliefs to benefit from the experience.

Two and a Half to Three Hour Healing Circle
The healing circle is a process. It usually consists of an intimate group of people. The session lasts a few hours to ensure all participants have time to share.

Refreshments and Plant-Based Options
Refreshments are served during the healing circle sessions. There will be plant-based options and other gifts for your enjoyment and comfort.

Fun and Exciting Activities
We are going to listen, share, laugh, cry, and many other things in between. Felicia and Mate Masie will ensure your enjoyment at this event.

A judgment-free space to safely listen and speak from the heart, gain strength and insight through the experiences of others while honoring our own unique paths.
As mothers we need a safe and healing space to process the tremendous unfolding of motherhood in it’s various stages. We also need time to consciously reflect on what motherhood brings up in us and heal any painful history that may have created unwanted patterns that no longer serve us. The heart of the mother facilitates this process.
